Alex and team leveled our garden and laid porcelain tiles to create a patio. In less than a year most of the tiles have come loose. Many of the tiles have been laid without enough support underneath. The masonry walls built are of poor quality and finish, with plaster falling off already in a number of places. Apparently there is no warranty so I have to pay again to get it fixed. Our garden was a typical new build garden, small, uneven and full of rubble which kept working its way through the turf causing safety concerns for my children to play. We decided we wanted artificial grass and decking installed, Alex came out and viewed the garden giving us a couple of options in regards to leveling it. All arrived promptly each day and worked hard. The transformation is amazing! The garden looks bigger and is now safe for the children to play and can’t wait for the summer. We love it, thank you!
