Landscape Design fitted our patio about 4 years ago. Several slabs cracked after about a year. We contacted Gavin to hear he had lost the receipt from the slab supplier and basically the 10 year guarantee was not worth the paper it was written on. Apparently they only guarantee the work not the product. They had no interest in rectifying the problem. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

First approached this company early summer last year and hard landscaping was carried out to my garden in July 2017. The quality of work carried out by Iain and Luke was first class and Gavin the owner continually gave me tips on how to keep costs down, (if I wanted to), which I appreciated. My job ran over as I had asked for some extra work to be done. I totally appreciated that another job was due to be started but there were still minor outstanding works to be done at my property. During my landscaping work my dear dad passed away and less than 48 hours after his unexpected death Gavin turned up at my house with the final bill for the work. Normally I never pay up until completely satisfied but in the midst of grieving, trying to find a cheque book (i prefer to sit quietly on my own and pay people online) minus my glasses I struggled and wrote the cheque. What followed was months of emails and phone calls from me before I finally got the outstanding works completed. There remained 1 outstanding item which Gavin promised to sort (allegedly he has been trying to sort this since mid November), in the space of 3 hours I've sorted it. 30 years of dealing with various tradespeople and this has been my most negative experience to date.
