    So I had a bit of confusion with booking a viewing for this place and had two agents from different agencies arrive for my viewing. The Landlord Direct Let’s agent met me earlier than we’d arranged so I didn’t have to wait, as the other agent was late for what I’d arrange with them. The Landlord Let’s agent had been very easy to talk to on the phone in the days prior to the viewing and was prompt in giving me a viewing confirmation over text. He was willing to honestly answer any questions I had and was very understanding with our specific conditions. As nice as the house was (and it was really nice) I really appreciated having a friendly and professional agent show us round and clear up any queries we had about it.
