Landlord Action have recently helped me with some complex litigation in respect of a high level of rent arrears. The situation had become highly unpleasant, stressful and time consuming for me and so I turned to Landlord Action for their expertise. Matters did take longer than I had hoped due to the pandemic backlog the court had and also some critical admin errors the court made which caused an various unexpected delays to the process. However my solicitor, Katherine, and her paralegals (Naomi and then Elie) kept me reassured and were able to get the litigation back on track through persistent efforts with the court. We recently were able to get matters concluded positively at a court hearing. A wonderful outcome after all the time spent dealing with this. Having Landlord Action handle/drive this matter to conclusion for me, despite the challenges, has been a huge help and relief.
