After paying for next day delivery I didn't receive my seed order next day and still haven't received it and that was 4 days ago. I contacted customer service who said they would refund the delivery, however this is the 2nd time this has happened and definitely won't be using next day service again.

Royal Mail took a while to deliver the seeds so Wildflowers sent another pack by courier which arrived next day. Excellent service. A little too early to comment on the seeds...

I think this is some sort of scam site. Ordered with next day delivery. Two days later nothing has arrived. Emailed to ask where it was. Received apology and was assured immediate dispatch. Two further days on, still nothing. No tracking emails, dispatch emails, or any other communication. These seeds need planting now, and I had taken two days off work to do it, but I have to waste another week reordering with another company as well as chasing a refund and taking more leave. Avoid.

This supplier is excellent! I received prompt delivery of my seed order. One packet was slightly split on receipt so I lost a few seeds. I contacted them and received a prompt, considered and grateful reply for my feedback. They even offered to send a whole new pack but I declined their caring offer suggesting they make a donation to charity. I judge suppliers by how they react when things don’t go quite right. If the seeds are as good as the customer care then we are in floral treat! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Used to be good, recently quality of plugs have been poor (usual excuses about looking sorry after travel, don’t wash any more) some of my last plugs were so small that they only had 1 leaf on them and the roots hardly filled the plug pot, needless to say none of them survived (I am a professional horticulturist). Also unlike other sellers no updates on despatch or tracking despite paying a premium for delivery. Quite often left waiting for weeks wondering if plants are going to arrive. Last delivery was left in my compost bin by the delivery driver, good job I looked. Latest bulbs in green ordered over a week ago for half term planting an no sign of them. Seems that since Boston took over it’s gone the way of other mass produced poor mail order services. Last time I use them

Conceal fact they are Boston seeds. Wanted to avoid Boston seeds as their product wasn’t as successful as I hoped so I targeted another supplier. Was disappointed to see Boston seeds on delivery details! In fairness I subsequently noticed Boston seeds show the connection but it’s not reciprocated by Landlife 🤷‍♂️

Due to a delivery failure of meadow seed from another supplier, I bought a bag of Dual Wildflower mix and paid for next day shipping (as I needed it for a job the following day)... Royal Mail didn't deliver it next day, costing me money by having to return to the job another day to overseed - Even though this wasn't the fault of Landlife Wildflowers, they refunded me the shipping cost, and sent me another bag of the Dual Mix! I then ordered some grass seed from Boston Seeds (the company behind Landslide Wildflowers, i believe), which arrived promptly the next day. Can't fault these guys, look forward to my client's meadow coming up in the spring and doing more ecologically beneficial installations using your products.

I have purchased wild flower plugs and grass/flower seed mixes. Excellent as we now have mini wild flower meadow strips.
