Very poor management and HR, as soon as i got diagnosed with mental health issues I got made redundant shortly after. Apprentices in there work the same job and have the same targets as a full paid operator; yet get paid apprentice wage for it (even on the skilled jobs such as welding and brazing etc). They also offer you an engineering qualification for manufacturing which also makes 0 sense (i was lucky to get a welding job). If you have ongoing mental health issues, you’re an apprentice or you’re joining there as agency, I would highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs.

This place is a joke☝️ Got in for a loading and went to the office (which btw is not even a proper office☝️) and met a lad that told me to "just wait there"(BTW,great communication skills your staff have😂😂😂). Went out and wait...still waiting cause I'm in doing a live review for this 🕳. Saw till now 2 forklifts drivers...one of them doesn't know what a forklift is and the other one is hiding I suppose to have a chat on the phone. ...and me🤔still waiting for this "magnificent" guys...1h29' and counting.... ❗️❗️❗️NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL❗️❗️❗️ Although I need to say one big thanks for the lady on the intercom that answered promptly and gave me a bay☝️ Overall...0(zero) for them☝️ Keep the "good" work lads😂😂😂
