    Sent an email with specific details, asking for a quote. Ignored. Called a couple of days later. No one picked up. Called again a couple of days later and was told that no one really monitors the advertised email address and I should forward it to another. I did this while still on the phone and got verbal confirmation it arrived. Still no response! Do I need to beg to give them my money?!!

    Booked in the Velar for its first full service. Was scheduled for a collection and delivery to my home address, there was a mixup with collection so I took the vehicle in and was given a lift home. They managed to fit in the car despite the mixup to ensure it was serviced today and was returned to me by 2:15 with a gift for the inconvenience. Chantilly and her Colleague were very helpful and I will use the centre going forward.
