I had recently paid of the last part of my mortgage and was at a loss as to what to do next. I phoned Land Registry and was given clear instructions by a very helpful gentleman. I brought my deeds to the office and an amazingly helpful showed me what to do next. I was given a form to fill in and another gentleman help me with that. My only criticism is that I had to go out to hunt down a cash machine as you don't take card payments. Apart from that the entire visit was handle very professionally by the young lady at the front desk. We'll done Land Registry.
