AVOID! I received a rug where 60cm of the edge of one side had pile that was all over the place as you can see in the first 2 photos. Obviously a manufacturing fault. The third photo shows the neat edge on the other 60cm of that side which it should be all along. Land Of Rugs responded saying that this was not a fault and to cut the pile along that 60cm edge. I shouldn't have to do that and it will be noticable having short pile at the edge for half of that side of the rug. I have to pay to return it myself. Totally unacceptable so think twice before ordering from this company.
