Had a problem with my sewage pump not working, spoke with Lancs Tanks on the phone for about 10 minutes while he explained what I should do to try and fix the problem before calling him out. Thanks to his help I was able to fix the problem myself - Lancs Tanks are definitely top of my list should I have any problems in the future which can't be easily fixed. FYI the reason the pump wasn't running was due to a corroded connector block where the pump electrical cable connects to the swa cable.

Called Lancs Tanks when our septic tank blocked and overflowed which was delightful obviously. Adam was kind and courteous. Listened to our problem and was on site the same day. He spent 3 hours rodding and blasting our soakaway. Did a magnificent job in awful conditions and stayed on to make sure the job succeeded. David and Ethan completed our work today which was not without it's challenges but they overcame every problem with ease. I was worried when they brought the digger in but I needn't have been concerned as they left the garden as they found it (better actually). As "newbies" to living in a house off the grid it was somewhat daunting to find we had a septic tank and drainage system which was not fit for purpose but Lancs Tanks have helped us all the way through and I can't recommend them enough. Lancs Tanks replaced an old non-compliant septic tank with a small Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). The job was begun and completed within the time frame. One of the stand out features was that, despite digging a very large hole, the spoil was cleared off the lawn and no trace was visible in two weeks. Recommended.

I contacted lancs tanks 3 months ago about which tank I would need for my future build. I expected a brochure at most but got a phone call explaining to me exactly what I needed and why in detail. I then needed their assistance over a drainage report to which they delivered a detailed report in less than a week from contact. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We used Lancs Tanks to replace a septic tank with a complete sewage treatment plant. Despite several challenges including subterraneal obstacles they worked in a professional manner and delivered a very satisfactory solution to the work required. They worked very hard, competitively priced and completed the work to a high standard and on time. We would definitely recommend this company, and would certainly use them again for any other works required of this nature.
