Their actual workmanship is fine, no issues there. However punctuality is a huge issue for this company. I constantly had to chase installation date and they didn’t even turn up. The next date they arranged but didn’t show up AGAIN and when I called them to find out why, they told me I had got the wrong date (this is not true because it was around my daughters birthday and I was relieved we were getting the work done a couple of days before, so I know I definitely didn’t get the date wrong). On the day of installation, they didn’t have all the glass so had to come back at a later date which (guess what?!) I had to chase them for! Would never recommend or use again.

Tried to walk into my property without being invited in. Was unprepared to measure my windows. Took 40 minutes and didn't achieve anything of note. Told the council I was aggressive which was untrue.
