What can I say. Since I began the process of purchasing I have found the experience to be nothing but superb. Hannah Pugh has been outstanding throughout. I was sold on purchasing one of there homes back in February before the foundations were finished and was the first to enquire about the latest phase. Hannah advised me of the release dates for the plots I wanted and promised to keep me informed as to when they would be released. I had to wait a little longer than anticipated but true too her word, as soon as the plots were released Hannah let me know immediately. Not only that, she took the time to understand my circumstances and build a strong rapport. I have to say, everything i have asked for, hannah has delivered and she has been incredibly patient as i have meithered quite a bit. As a result she has taken a lot of the stress out of buying a home. Fingers crossed due to complete in December! All said and done I would highly recommend and hannah in particular is a credit to Lancet. Thank you. Service: Home building

We moved into our beautiful new home 3 weeks ago and still can’t believe it’s ours We came to have a look at these houses nearly 2 years ago and put in for one but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be. Hannah was so helpful and caring. We then came back last year (June 2021) and hannah told us someone had just pulled out. Luckily it was just right for us and even though it was a really long process (on our side not theirs) we got there. Hannah was with us through the whole thing right up to the day we moved in. Hannah was always there when I had a question and she always had a smile on her face ☺️ Thankyou hannah. Tom is fantastic (site manager) always there to calm me down and sort things out for us. Jackie too (aftercare) very helpful and kind ☺️ So quiet and feels safe, can’t wait to meet all our new Neighbours 😁 thankyou lancet homes for our 1st home x

Worst decision I’ve ever made purchasing a property from Lancet homes (Blackpool). Site ‘manager’ and customer care ‘manager’ rude and unprofessional. They will do anything to avoid rectifying their own mistakes. I would only advise to buy on here if your prepared to fix outstanding issues on the property yourself. Whole experience of ‘first time buyer’ ruined by the staff at Blackpool.

Lancet Homes millwood Road off Carwood road. Vans keep churning the grass up working on the site Also mud all over the road and it's not getting cleaned as regular as it should. Children cross near the site and the 3 to 4 vans parked are making the area dangerous with there inconsiderate parking and constant mud on the roads. There is safer parking on Hennel Lane opposite which wouldn't make an issue for children crossing. Shame on you Lancet Homes for leaving the road dangerous. I keep reporting and it does get cleaned sometimes but not good enough The mud has travelled into the middle hatched area also on Carwood road

I bought a house in August 2019 and cant believe I fell for all the false promises about the so called customer service they insist they pride themselves on. They'll tell you anything to close a sale. Most of the outstanding snags (internal and external) remain in need of work (November 2021) and there is absolutely no sign of them ever being addressed by Lancet. They've tried to hide behind Covid but this fails to account for their lack of response and action between August 2019 - March 2020 (7 months) and July 2020 to present. By their own admission their workman do not want to travel to this site anymore but they have not offered any alternative. The cherry on the cake was the fraudulent Gas Safety Certificate they provided to me which was simply test details copied from another certificate for another property as my appliances were never tested. They didnt think was an issue even though such practice is ILLEGAL. I absolutely despair with Lancet Homes and many others on this development feel the same.
