We purchased our wedding rings from Lance James after finding their web site on Google, we both wanted something different and that's what we found! As the store in Chelmsford is only an hour's drive we arranged to pop in, view the samples and get measured so that they could make the rings. Antony was friendly and courteous, offering advice and professional in taking our order. We collected our rings the other day and are extremely pleased with them, and the service that we received. Our thanks go out to all the staff.

We found out about Lance James at a wedding fayre in Ipswich. We loved that their rings were very different to other jewellers on the highstreet. We had a pleasant experience at the Chelmsford store, they were very attentive and patient whilst we went through the process of trying all of the rings in the shop!! The staff team at Lance James are exceptional in terms of customer service and knowledge in relation to jewellery design and gemstones. My original wedding band (not from Lance James) had issues where the stones keep falling out. I later inherited my grandmother’s ring and wanted to wear this with my wedding band. Lance helped me design an adaptation to the wedding band using the original stones that would fit perfectly with the inherited ring. They also did a valuation for the inherited ring for me and restored it to its former glory by cleaning it and straightening the setting. I was really excited to see the design process and came in to see the wedding band in its various stages of development. When it finally arrived I was delighted with the outcome and now wear this daily with no worries about the stones falling out! I have since purchased a new engagement ring to fit with the band as my grandmother’s ring, although very beautiful, is very bulky and again could not be more delighted with the wedding band and how it works with this ring. It truly has been a dream come true working with Anna, Antony, Lance and the whole team at Lance James and I could not be happier with all their support with the process!
