First time in my life I’ve been told my smear test can not be submitted without my NHS number!! Was told to Log on to NHS and get it because this is standard operating procedure and everyone ie expected to know their NHS number !!so annoyed and taking it very personal as I doubt everyone gets asked to do this!! Tried calling Reception because I came out the back and was rushing back to work but couldn’t even get through.

Attended my first antenatal scan and midwife appointment here. All the staff were absolutely lovely and so efficient. Even though we arrived early, we were seen very quickly and the whole process was unbelievably smooth and straightforward with minimal wait times. Looking forward to our next visit!

0 stars don’t wast your time the secretary look like alice in wonderland never seen before… she makes me wait an hour then she says that no one would give me any information about the tests they do … incredible not recommended they have the phone off the secretary watches movies on the phone she doesn't even know where he works

I agree with the other reviews about calling on the phone. It took me about 25 times over a few days to get through to book my appointment for an implant exchange. However, once I was at the appointment Donna was absolutely lovely, I listened to music to try and relax as I was a bit anxious. She made the procedure as quick as possible, it took maybe 5 minutes altogether. I'm so happy with how it all went and thank you to Donna for being for friendly, it can be quite a nerve wracking appointment and she really did make me feel at ease.
