To be fair I've not used this branch. But I purchased my vehicle from their Wolverhampton branch. My initial contact with Wolverhampton was fine. However, it all changed when they'd been paid. I kept getting notified by Jaguar Warranty that the dealer had cancelled all of my cover. This happened on 3 occasions. Then I had some trouble with my XF and I couldn't get a response from my emails. I had issues just before Christmas with what the assistance say is my EGR valve. I called this dealer and they advised that they'd take my details and the service department would call me back. So far I have not received a call. My car is now booked in at Listers Solihull on the 4th January. However, my complaint is. My vehicle is under warranty but they wouldn't provide a replacement car over Christmas, not until they've seen the vehicle and established the fault is actually a warranty claim. This is not good service at all from Jaguar. Especially when they use the AA for breakdown and recovery as part of their warranty, and with the AA having Jaguar trained techs, but didn't have any available to attend for over a week. So I had an AA resource arrive who appeared to do his job, but was unsure of the fault and what EGR was actually causing the issue.
