Wouldn't give 1 star but have no option . Only had the policy 3 weeks paid 12months in full phoned to cancel policy as sold the car and didn't receive a penny refund after cancellation fees they charge . will never use again .124 quid gone for 3 weeks cover .

Be warned - if you insure your car annually with Lancaster Insurance and then have to cancel 50 days into your policy because you change your car and they won't insure it, you won't be due a refund. They just tell you it's tough luck and refer you endlessly to their terms and conditions. I won't be insuring any of my vehicles with Lancaster Insurance again.

I got a quote of a comparison site which was great......that's as far as it went. Because you have to call to pay. I have now called 10 times. That's 160 mins I've been on hold, as you get cut off after 16 minutes. Absolutely diabolic customer service.
