    COMPLAIN TO NHS ENGLAND AND PHSO/PARLIAMENTARY AND HEALTH SERVICES OMBUDSMAN to protect rest of the public from similar abuse. Would rate minus ☆, if was possible. Worst ever GP practice: abusive, agressive, harrasing, arrogant Dr Jose Gonzalez Garcia. Interrupts on half a word saying he is too busy. Never responds to complaints or emails. Was forced to complain to PHSO for investigation of his abuses and diploma authenticit, as several NHS "doctors" have been jailed recently for fake diplomas. His attitude is not one of a Doctor, but of a mafioso. He seems to hide something claiming to be Spanish but has a heavy S.American accent, possibly Venezuelan.I have contacted Oviedo and Aachen Universities to verify his diplomas he claims both being his alma maters but cannot say tye field if his study there... The receptionist and other staff are to match, told me to change GP as it wasn't not safe for me stay with them! Sound like a bunch of criminals, not medics. Shame on NHS to allow them to undermine Trust to NHS. These abusers feel absolutely invincible. Take time to complain to Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman and escalate to the Information Commissioner to protect others from abuse. These abusers must find Justice. I cannot believe such unprofessional, unethical, unlawful attitude is possible in a civilised, 1st world country as UK. He has to be ranked as the worst GP ever practised.

    Very bad service, it took forever for them to get back to you, actually they never get back to you, you'll have to come to them over and over again to get a reply. The GP is also very bad attitude, he called me 5min in ahead of our appointment while I was in the elevator with bad connection, so I asked him if we could call 5min later (which is the appointment time) he almost shouted at me saying either i took it now or rebook, so I had "missed" my appointment and he hung up right at our appointment time. Do not recommend at all.

    They lie they don’t help and every time we call to book an appointment they say that the doctor isn't in but when i went there he was there Also today i went there with a sore throat fever headache body ache and i was literally dragging myself to get there and i told them that i need an appointment and the said you look fine and i asked for a prescription but said no because it gonna be more expensive if we do and u can’t afford that AND THEY ARE EXTREMELY RACIST overall they do whats best for them and nit the patients

    I can't believe the kindness and professionalism of the staff working here. I came to have my IUD changed and was absolutely terrified to the point of crying and being quite a drama queen. The lovely nurse and Dr were so kind and caring and took great care of me. I'm sure I squeezed the nurses hand so tight her knuckles haven't recovered :( Lovely people, you'll be well taken care of here :)

    Receptionist lies. Told me doctor not in the buiding when I could clearly hear his voice. More than 8 months since I've seen a doctor & I have a life threatening illness and have to keep going to A& E. For help. The surgery is paid for each client and so far this year have given me NO service.

    Incredibly frustrating to work with, unhelpful, and uncommunicative. If you want anything done plan well in advance and prepare to have to advocate for yourself, follow up with them when they inevitably don’t do their jobs correctly, and call multiple times for single issues (and be prepared for the phone service will drop you a number of times before finally connecting you). Requires micro management for everything.
