Unfortunately I can not give less than one star as I don’t believe this company deserves even that! Last January I had all my windows and both doors replaced by a local company who source the glass from this company. I have had numerous problems with them since, including handprints and scratches inside several sealed units, 13 mismatched handles, clear glass sent for one of the four front door panels and several windows where one or more units have the wrong glass. I have had to chase every inch of the way to get any response and feel I am being strung along! Presumably, being an older woman, recently widowed, Lancs trade frames feel I won’t be inclined to make a fuss so I’m not an important customer. I appreciate the difficulties posed to businesses by Brexit and Covid but feel I have been more than patient. How can it take a year to put these thing right? They have had their money and don’t care how bad a job they have done!
