I wrote a complaint about a four-way traffic light problem in which all lights were stuck on red on the A59 at Gisburn. The clots who run these roadworks had not the courtesy to reply to my complaint. Content with their inefficiency and ineptitude, they aborb huge quantities of cash but offer poor service in return.

LCC wrongfully issued a PCN to my 78 year old father, despite us providing evidence and responding to all their correspondence they continue to ignore this & have even involved a collection agency who have harassed & threatened him at his home (twice at the time of writing). They appear to have no regard for either the facts of the law or their own published procedures. We continue to fight this using correspondence and complaints. I've also decided to go public and document everything on my channel @lccharassmentandbullying

Don’t deal with these people unless you absolutely have to. Left feeling dismissed by their attitude. Thanks for putting council tax up by nearly 4% too, love to know what I’m getting for my money - not a whole lot right now. Road near my house is terrible, been patched 4 times now so is just a series of bumps. Absolute rubbish.
