Further to my previous posting, I must be fair & report that the company have now rectified the skirting boards. If only that had happened in the first couple of weeks after our initial calls, we would not have posted any negative comments. All aspects of the work now look excellent.

We accepted an estimate & work began in April. The initial contacts were excellent & we were delighted with the efficient way everything progressed. The drawback came when we asked the company to come back to advise if there was any way of improving skirting board irregularities. It seems that once they have their money, the company loses interest. Despite 5 phone calls & an email, their response has been zero, not even an offer to attend & discuss the matter - how disappointing!
