I was absolutely delighted with the extremely competitive quote I received from LCS in relation to confidential documents I wanted securely destroying following a house clearance. I received excellent customer service from Jennifer, who fully answered all of my questions. She was extremely professional, polite and cheerful, and I received immediate and comprehensive responses to my queries. As I live locally, I dropped the papers off at the site. I was met by Jennifer who, following social distancing measures, introduced me to the staff, who explained the shredding process and allowed me to watch from a safe distance. I received by email the directions to their location and the procedure to follow on arrival. I was greeted with friendly and professional staff and the current covid19 problem was taken into consideration at all times. I shall be using them again next year for our Company documents and can't recommend them highly enough.
