Recently bought our caravan from this company, from the moment we turned up to the business the service and knowledge we recieved was absolutly superb, we were give hot coffee (extremely delicious by the way) we were left to view the caravans the electric was switch on the heating was warm and were able to sit and have a really good look through everything in the van. I would highly recommend this business to anyone, the prices you see are the prices you pay as they are all priced to sell and worth every penny, the communication was fab! Kept in contact all the time and collection day was perfect and handover was extremely professional. Our van is now sited in Scotland ready for the season and we couldn't have chosen a better place to buy from ! Thanks Marc, Anthony & Greg.

Picked up our first caravan today after motorhoming for the past 12 years. The service we received was first class throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble from holding onto the caravan while we sourced a suitable car to the handover today.The caravan was immaculate on pick up and George went through everything brilliantly even helping fixing our mirrors on the car. A thoroughly fantastic experience and I would have no hesitation to recommend Lancashire caravans to anyone thinking of buying either caravan or Motorhome Thank you to all concerned

We went looking for a used touring caravan back end of last year,did all the usual sites and retailers with most Vans older and more expensive with a take it or leave it attitude. Lancashire caravans are totally the opposite we found a caravan in great condition with everything still with it at a competitive price. Easy going very pleasant staff no rush no pressure no sales pitch just straight forward good honest advice. In fact I would say that it's not good service but excellent service. We bought a swift elegance 580 2018 and would highly recommend you pay them a visit you won't regret it .

Recently bought a caravan , excellent customer service through full transaction. Mark was helpful and knowledgeable but gave us plenty time to make up our minds and have a good look around on our own . All staff on pickup were friendly and the Van was sold at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

We bought a top of the range coachman vip from Lancashire Caravans and I have to say its the best service I've had , from courtesy calls to promises of van being ready for collection . Greg and Mark were spot on , no rush , showed us how everything worked , left you to have a look and play around , answered any questions you might have , no rush, plenty of coffee and generally friendly .100% recomend 😊

Glad everyone has had a good experience, I went with the intention to buy but couldn’t deal with them, don’t move on price, they thought I was a time waster when infact I had the money, they didn’t have the time for me and left me too it, they turned round and said ‘well I best carry on’ went elsewhere to purchase, I won’t be going there again!
