Its easy to raise a ticket for an enquiry or assisted help, and If required they can access you computer at quick speed and take over. All the staff are so friendly, helpful and what I find is the most important attribute is that they are so patient . They have supported us over 7 years and in that time have covered a wide spectrum of issues. They have recently migrated us from a server to the cloud with very little interruption to our daily working. Great Service
