Amazing customer service. I ordered four bulbs from Lampwise and unfortunately one didn’t work (fully packaged so through no fault of the company). I reported it the evening the day the bulbs arrived and the next day it was confirmed a replacement was already on its way, with no need for me to send the faulty bulb back or pay anything extra. It arrived within a further day and works perfectly. I could not rate the customer service of Dean and Lampwise as a company any higher.
