Be careful when shopping here. I made a purchase online on January 31st and still haven't received it. I sent several emails to the customer center, but there is no response and no refund. A lot of people ask about the progress, so I'm sharing the processing results. Haven't received delivery yet. This is a suspicious company. be careful.

I had a great customer service in the store, Jenn and Vlad are always very helpful every time I come in the store. However the waiting time for consigning items is very long, can take up to 45 days. I really hope this will improve in the near future. Some of my original packaging was lost-damaged when I asked for my items back. Nevertheless, the store has a great collection of luxury brands as Chanel, Hermes etc, very impressive items. Thank you to Chiara who is always so supportive with any of my queries.

Strangely judgemental security, glanced customers up and down as if he was trying to catch criminals. Felt so unwelcomed there. Actual staff were helpful though, but the first impression put me off already wasn't in the mood to shop after that initial sour taste in the mouth.

I am in the process of reporting lampoo to UK trading standards because they are not working within the UK law guide line consumer rights act... there return policy and customers service is slack. No one answers the phone call at all...I bought a Chole jeans from them and I have a 14days return policy....DHL schedule to pick for return each time they do come they refused to take the package because they are claiming that the invoice address is not the same as the return address....you phone no one answers the phone...I am tired of this back and forth all the time I need my Bloody money back
