Order 3 lights from them. Apparently the courier lost them 2 times and it wasnt there fault. When they resent for 3rd time after a month of placing the order, i got an email saying that they received my return and would process a refund (never received anything from them) so dont waste your time.

AVOID!!! Don't get fulled with good reviews. The lamps from Lampandligts are lovely until they get fault after that forget about warranty. My lamps where fine for few weeks, after that they were full of bugs mostly snails, they looks discosting. After 6 months one lamp burnt out and I'm not surprised because snails where covering all LEDs. I claim under warranty for replacement but I was told that is my electrician foult because he installed "outdoor lamps" outside??? Those are led lamps so bulb can't be replaced and construction is solid no thread or screws to tighten up them, but customer service from Lampandlights said that I have to try to tighten up them but I can't. In my opinion this is manufacturer problem, but they don't want to listen. Also i checked my local shops and I asked about lamps they sell with same IP rate (44) if I can install them outside under open sky and they said "yes they made for that and if there is any problem bring them back to us". Lampandligts avoiding any responsibility, products from them is equal to 0 warranty. My solicitor advice is to go legally against that shop and this is my next step because is not about the money but about consumer rights.

I ordered lightbulbs, and got light fittings! They didn't reply to countless emails and when I finally got through on the phone after much time wasted I was told to send them an email! I'm hoping the promise of a refund will actually materialise. I also have to dispose of the incorrect items myself!

Got a very good value lamp from this company and was a little concerned when saw some of the reviews however, I had great service. I did call to make a query as had emails saying item dispatched and an order tracking code however the courier site was saying awaiting item from seller. I called the seller and a very nice lady explained that the lamp is sourced in the Netherlands and the courier site would update when reaches the UK. This did happen and my lamp arrives earlier than predicted. Am very pleased with the quality of the lamp and that the plug supplied was a standard UK one so didn't need an adapter. Would happily buy from again.

I have never had any problems with my orders since 2019; prompt delivery and quality merchandise, the only problem I have now, 27/10/2021, is that their website is down. Is the company still in business? If it is, then that is not a good look at all.
