I had an appointment today at 1:20 with a lady DR I was a bit late( the reason I was late was due to having another physio appointment before this one, at another health centre 15 minutes drive At least) , I apologised at the reception and I was told the DR said she will not see me, I had a heart related condition I had palpitations and I was fatigue and I was coughing, which isn’t good at all the DR should realise that she told the reception that she is leaving for the day and going home , if she gave me 5 minutes to check me over and see if there is any sign of heart failure , but no she decided to go home and totally ignore a patient that has heart problem, this appointment was made as an emergency appointment I could not believe she was so selfish and did not see me , I actually saw her 10 to 20 minutes after my appointment that she left the building , I waited at the reception because I was not feeling well.I would avoid this surgery , there is a lack of care for patients 100%.
