Still waiting for warranty parts Absolutely zero communication Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever received purchasing a vehicle. Part exchange price was changed to suit there figures. Stay away from this place You would have thought for close to 200k you might actually receive some sort of customer service Shocking !!!!

I have bought 2 Approved Used Lamborghini's from Lamborghini Edinburgh and have had a wonderful after sales experience with Andy and Sam who go out of their way to look after their customers. Both times I bought the cars without going up to Scotland and based on video viewings. Both cars had minor issues that I was unhappy with on delivery and these lads went out of their way to resolve them to my satisfaction by collecting the car on an enclosed trailer, taken to their Leicester branch, Issues resolved and then sent back to me on an enclosed trailer again - no excuses and no cost cutting - what needed doing was done! Prior to this I dealt with the Lamborghini dealers around the London suburb areas and it's been a world apart to deal with these lads from Scotland. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone considering a Lamborghini. 5 Stars!
