    Enjoyed the purchasing experience and collection. Had a fauty tire valve, they sent a truck over to collect and drop the car back, then had some minor issues with the PPF as I had scuffed my alloys and the side skirt. They were very helpful, carried out minor repairs perfectly, did take time to do, but was worth it. Very pleased with the aftercare service they provided.

I spoke with Mike from sale department and he has admit that He used it. My car was just on service so why someone from Sales team has been in my car! I understand to that You trying to defend your people and shop, but I want you to make sure this will never happen in the future. And I hope contacting the Lamborghini Head Office will help to that. Also I hope this review will help to all who take care about their cars. Please make sure to check the car miles before you giving your car to them. Or rather use different shop. My SVJ was for general service for a few days in their shop.Two times was used for testing the steering wheel which I knew about.I’ve asked them if they can check the steering loose. The second test sorted the issue. And I was happy customer about that. So I am asking, why after we sorted the issue with steering wheels, my car was used for the third time by someone from sales department? It is very unprofessional manners from company like you are. I gave you my full trust as a customer for 3 years. Now I just realised that, you don’t care about your regular customers once you get what you need. I am not trouble maker and never got back to you with a single issue. But using someone’s car without serious purpose is uncomfortable. And What I wanted from you was just to investigate what is really happened With the excessive vehicle usage. Usually I am not coming back to the shop once I am not happy. But this never happened before so I wanted to give you a chance to sort this behaviour out. But you offered me a fuel for the next year service. Your shop just lost 2 regular customers .
