Aside from being absolutely lovely people, they are knowledgeable (yet totally devoid of ego), reliable, professional, ethical, and diligent. Having used for years I now have 3 unreturned voicemails over the last week trying to arrange an appointment due to ongoing hot water issues and also an email sent week last wednesday which again wasnt answered. Lamberts have been out 3 times in the last few weeks trying to help but now cant get hold of them which is really disappointing so I've had to look elsewhere
