    We booked a week in advance. We got there today and whilst we were ordering drinks they asked us if we want to do Shisha. We told them we don't smoke so the waiter basically looked at us as if we were pathetic and said that if we're not doing Shisha than they can ask us to leave anytime. We were paying customers and we only came for food and a night out. The waiters didn't understand english either. There was lack of cutlery once the food came out and the food itself was dry with no seasoning. Also they allowed not only indoor shisha but indoor smoking so it meant that we were eating our food with someone smoking normal cigarettes. This was disgusting and unpleasant. I'm not sure whether this is ok legal but they seem to allow it. This was definitely a bad experience for us We felt very out of place and unwelcomed. We cut our night short and went to an Indian bar which was amazing. I would never come here again or recommend.

    The service is absolutely spot on! I have never been to a restaurant shisha lounge where they are smashing it everytime until now! The staff are so attentive and friendly but still give you the space to enjoy your evening. Ayman and all the staff are fantastic! Thanks so much for looking after us everytime we come! 😀

    Do not believe the 5 star ratings. This place is terrible. The waiter could barely speak English. The food was not fresh and the meat was dry. The friends I was with also said the shisha was awful. In response to your reply, we did inform a member of staff, they changed the shisha three times but it still wasn’t right, I even asked to speak to the manager because the food was rubbish and my friends were not happy with the shisha but the waiter ignored the request, I am assuming he couldn’t understand or didn’t want to get management involved. Also, if you think that was fresh you need to check your standards.
