no nonsense helpful advice - problematic Wall Timer that would cut out intermittently, Mr Lalli refused to sell me a replacement Wall Thermostat until i had changed the settings on my wall timer. My Wall Thermostat starting working again, problem solved. these guys are the real deal and great customer service, recommended thoroughly.
