Lovely site, brilliant location right next to the River Thames. Site staff friendly and couldn’t do enough. This place is a hidden gem and the toilets and showers very clean and water red hot. This will be a regular place to visit for us. Rooms : 5/5 | Service : 5/5 | Location : 5/5 … More

I couldn't book online and just called for the reservation without any email or anything for confirmation I felt a bit "naked". But entering was no problem. Only the lady didn't want to take my older money although it still was perfectly valid :-/ The campsite has a super handy setup where the RVs/vans are arranged around a circle with the playground in the middle so I could easily watch my little one play and have ease of mind. Facilities were clean, maybe not super modern, but they don't have to be.

Good value for money. Clean shower block, wash room etc. Simple but friendly site. Amazing ladies that run the site. Highly recommend to everyone. I've loved my stay here

Shocking condition of a campsite. Toilet block was absolutely disgusting and clearly wasn’t cleaned more than once a week. Booked in to the site well in advance and was quoted £70ish and when we arrived she said it was over £100 as they had noted the dates wrong and asked for more money which was an issue in itself because they only accepted cash. The site was nearly empty and they were militant about where we placed our tents (which was in a part of ground that was just mud and not grass). Owners were extremely rude to us on arrival when politely asking where I can park the car. Which is in an obscure car park miles away from our tent. The site was blessed with the stench of the old devils lettuce as well so that was nice. Right under a flight path as well which understandably isn’t under their control but worth bearing in mind. Honestly for the price of the site vs the quality of what you get it’s really not great. Ignoring the attitude of the owners. Would absolutely not recommend.

Not bad the staff are happy to help. The only thing was the toilet block was not in great condition and full of cobwebs and spiders . Great location next to the Thames for boating and swimming.

Great location. It could be so wonderful. But the shower facilities are too small for the site. So are overused and therefore a bit grotty.
