Avoid at all costs! We booked over a month in advance for 5 people and each had to book trains as none of us drive, and under 48 hour before our trip they informed us they couldn’t fit us in as another group had booked the same slot a month before us. Which is very last minute for something they must’ve know for a month. They have since gone silent when we asked whether they could refund booking fee/travel expenses as situation was entirely their fault. Disgusted!! My advice is go with snakeroom in Chesterfield instead! Wish I could give 0 stars!

Booking with this company is a joke. There online booking is not uptodate and as a consequence they often cancel activities. I have had 2 terrible experiences with them. I would certainly avoid.
