From the first telephone enquiry, right through to installation, Lakeside Spas have been great. I spoke with Phil and James who supported me with advice about my purchase. They were really flexible with delivery options and really clear about what we needed to prepare it home e.g electric supply. On the day of delivery they both came out and installed the tub. Phil then stayed to give us a complete instructional demonstration with ongoing care advice once the water was all in. A brilliant service all round.

Nothing was enough trouble when Phil and James came to Milford Haven to collect my Hot Tub. They managed to manoeuvre it out of a narrow entrance with no fuss. Payment was made immediately. Fantastic service from James and Phil. Bought a pre owned top of the range spa at a fraction of the new price. In fact could never have afforded such a superb tub new and its just perfect. Communication and service was first rate, they even held the tub for a number of months as i was moving house, nothing was too much trouble. Installation and set up all straightforward and clear instructions on chemical use. All in all a totally professional service from the guys. Recommended without reservation. Many thanks.
