AVOID! purchased a vehicle off this dealer which was misadvertised both on equipment it didnt have and false service history after driving 160 miles to collect the car was dirty with a various assortment of trims in the door pockets I have owned the car 3 months and have had nothing but issues injector failures, coolant issues and various other things packing up electric mirrors etc despite all this and the false documents the dealer still refuses to accept responsibility and I am currently in a legal battle to have the car returned while the dealer continues to drag his heels and make this experience drag on as long as possible by far the worst car buying experience i have ever had! And just to clarify as I cant respond to the abolsoutely fabricated reply that I am unsure what planet this dealer is on I haven't missed one finance payment yet it's due to the fact the vehicle is a mechanical nightmare he is abusive and aggressive

5 star service from lakeside Imports LTD. Shery was extremely helpful when purchasing are Toyota Alphard I could not have asked for a better service. He was more than happy to give me a lot of help and information and I'm very fussy. He promised me the car was in immaculate condition . A good friend of mine is a mechanic and I never buy a car without him looking over it . Shery was more than happy for the mechanic to come along and even advised I do so. The car was in the immaculate condition as described and I'm very pleased with th purchase Thanks sherry

As promised, here's my review! From initial contact to driving away my newness Qashqai 360 the whole buying experience was fantastic. Very prompt replies to my questions and pictures of all documents sent to me within 10mins of asking for them which is great. Car exactly as described in the advert and ALL documentation present and in order. Lovely long test drive which really allowed me to get a good feel for the car before purchase. No pressure sales atall. Lovely owner who really took the time with me and the car. Highly recommend. Lovely experience. Thank you very much

well what can I say heart breaking, I purchase a car from here last may and was so excited couldn't wait to get it. got sold a dream until the car arrived and it became a nightmare..... the day it got delivered the suspension compressor pipe blew off, so was put a car for 4 days, 3-4 weeks later driver side turbo pipe had split putting the car in to limp mode, no car again for 3 days, 2-3 weeks later passanger side inlet turbo blew 3 days without a car again, few weeks later family holiday turned in to a disaster car went in yo limp mode cut out filling the inside of the car with smoke and fumes, children petrified, blowing out black smoke couldn't see the road infront or behind you, had to have vehical recovered 130 miles back to Birmingham. sent back to the dealer as was still under warranty, 10 weeks of messing and telling us it was with his mechanic he said they had fitted new turbos, wouldn't answer front to us then sent a number to say a lady was running the business while he was out of country for 5 weeks, eventually got told to pick car up tried to charge over 600 pound (we never paid him) drove 20 miles back down motorway and lights came back on saying suspension fault and engine system fault called him up he said to take home its just sensor. got the car back to Birmingham again tried to drive it yo work the car kept cutting out into limp mode, took it to local garage to be told turbos are not working also when it came back from reading the passenger side foot plate strip fell off and been back in the garage in Birmingham and been told footplate is rotten, they cut all the wires for the tow bar to fit the turbos and never re connected them...... and so in, this is now going down the legal route and I have pictures and written proof and evidence of all of the above and today when I sent him a wts app message he blocked me straight away however when I called him from another number I actually recorded him throughout the conversation. very rude, don't care, takes your cash and not interested in the rest and even more so he's not interested in the safety of his customers..... I have 3 children thet hes ok with putting in a broken dangerous vehicle currently going through trading standards this has been devastating
