I don't know what is happening with lakeside but my last experience was very very bad, is impossible to make a doctor appointment by the phone, on emergency they asking what I want them to do for me, because they don't know. My test results disappeared, and finally today after one hour of waiting at the phone, I make a a call 8.00 , lady from reception told me that she can't make any appointment for today and also for another days, she recommended me to make a call on next day at 8 am , when I said is not working, the lady told me that doctor will call me now and we need to finish our conversation because he will not reach my when Im on the phone with her, sadly I didn't get any phone call, Is look like she just ignored me.

Arrived at 7.40am, got in at 8am, asked for a gp appointment, was told to phone or go to 8 to 8, in the time I walked out to 8 to 8 there must have been 50 people waiting in line. I phoned the gp surgery at 8.04 to be told 66th in line. Its a joke, and they wonder why there are 20,000 excess deaths after covid. I have to put 1 star review, but it should be 0 stars.

2 hours waiting on the phone to be told to call tomorrow. It is normal? My child needs help and they can't even arrange a visit. Do you really think everyone has 2 hours every morning to wait for you to answer the phone? people work and can't hang on the phone for 2 hours to find out that there are no places! What's the problem with setting a place for people at a fixed time?

(Translated by Google) In a most disgusting place you can't go forever they pretend to be very busy patients are only given attention as a last resort... 8 times they made me call on the phone to make a GP appointment for the child I call them and they say I have to you come to the clinic, I'm going, they can't come, you have to call and so on 8 times, an absolute circus.... Now we have to go again, there's no one to pick up the phone for you to book an appointment in the emergency department, huge queues, in general, everyone is looking to he gets his salary and that's it. In the end, I went to the emergency room after 4 hours of waiting, there they prescribed me a drug that isn't even produced by the factories anymore, and with all their arrogance they tell me it's your problem because it's not produced, find it 😡😡😡😡 (Original)

1.5hrs on the phone waiting to be told no appointments available and to call back tomorrow at 8am. To be probably told the same thing! Wasn’t even after the doctors just bloody nurse ! Shocking! Every single time you call there are no appointment left for that day. No wonder people go straight to A&E.

Oh how this practice has declined since Dr. Wilczinski and his erstwhile partners retired! Sad and disappointing. I hear from friends who are patients of the surgery in Oundle that there has been a similar decline in service since Lakeside took it over.

A waste of space seem to have no idea what data protection is or what patient confidentiality is. Received a text from them but it was not for me was for my mother. But try to talk to anyone about it you end up in a queue around 50 plus position get down to the teens and get cut off.

Absolutely rubbish GP... They made routine appointments booking as complicated as ever possible and even once you get through all the bureaucratic to eventually log in onto online booking system - there is message telling you can only book through telephone (waiting time complaints you can see in other patients Q&A/feedback)... It's crazy when NHS emphasising how important routine/preventative heath checks are and your GP doing all they can not to do those... Looking to change GP asap as this institution went down the hill big time since I've registered with it 15 years ago. Really cannot get my head round how they keep getting NHS funding. I have no bad word to say about the nurses/doctors there but surely management is clueless about service performance or they simply just don't care...
