Nice store with plenty of options but the staff who work there are so unpleasant it puts me off going in. There are three older ladies who work here who are especially unpleasant. They seem to always be working and when I see them through the glass I don’t go in. I have bought items from them in the past and I find them abrasive and sarcastic. They run the shop as if they own the store and it’s as if they tolerate customers. Such a shame this store is ran this way as I go to Cheshire Oaks store instead now.

After being unhappy with the gloves I purchased, I wanted to swap them for a warmer pair only to be refused because I had worn the gloves out of the shop once. Shops that offer ZERO refund policy are very unfair. Won't be coming here again.
