Dont Listen to the negative ones!! I have no idea what they are talking about! Alan was great from start to finish. Called 20 mins before and he was available straightway and was very punctual with his timings. I wanted to take a bike with a seat for my daughter and he ended up supplying me with a bicycle trailor to go with the bike. Which was awesome! Me and my daughter had the best time ever! Price was great. Service was great. The bike was of a high quality and rode perfectly. The fact he was relaxed with return times was even better. Other company's were higher priced and were strict on return times Would definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting to take a ride in Windermere. A++ from me

We went with this hire company as they seem to be the only ones with flexible ànd later times for bike hire and drop off at any reasonable location. The bikes were good quality, one of the bikes was brand new. We had such an amazing day exploring the lake district with the bikes that we missed our train home and Alan the owner was so kind to come to our rescue. Thank you Alan for going out of your way for us and providing such an exceptional service to us.

Totally bizarre customer service, left waiting for owner to arrive along with other hirers. £30 per bike was way over the top for very poor quality, worn-out bikes, badly worn drivetrains and tyres. Almost unrideable even on roads. Very disappointing and would never consider using this company again.

Good bikes. The bicycles drive well, brake strong and and gears change smoothly. The location is great to start most bike tours around Windermere Lake. We chose this place because it's the only bike rental where you can return the bikes at any time. The bikes don't have bell nor stand. They have helmets. You should know the place is not a store, you need to call the owner to come rent you the bikes. Overall great experience.

We were very unhappy with the service. Got very poorly maintained bikes, they were very worn, rusty, one we even had to return because it was handed out with a wobbly wheel. The bikes had no rings, no bottle holders, when I was asking for one the answer was "the more we put on these bikes the more to break". Forget about sanitizing, helmets were disgustingly filthy and mouldy. The shop is on the top of the hill, since we were booking on the day no delivery service was available for us. This business is a complete rip off, I strongly suggest to avoid!
