I called on the 7th of July about a Refrigerator problem. I was informed that there would be a call-out charge that I agreed on, but he did not show up. Instead, I received a message then that 'his diary had changed and he was 'not working at the moment'. Since I was asked to 'keep the refrigerator switched off for 3 days before the appointment, I ended up throwing refrigerated food away during summer. Nevertheless, I decided to call him in December, giving him another chance. Again he cancelled his appointment. I don't recommend this company. They are not professionals. I wonder who gives them 5 stars-perhaps they are his relatives.

Called LAK refrigeration to come and have a look at our freezer as suddenly stopped getting cold enough. Came out to see us quickly, really helpful and polite and was a simple issue in which the advice was spot on and problem was resolved straight away. Called this guy as Ice maker stopped working on my 4 year old American style Fridge, freezer, he came to look i sent him model number and then I heard nothing, after a few days I text asking how he’s getting on he replied “he’s struggling to get spares” I asked him what part we needed, Never had a reply back! I went online found an ice maker motor online (took 5 mins) ordered and fitted myself! I gave him 2 stars for actually coming round to look, he’s lost 3 stars for not trying hard enough.
