Very pushy with asking me to sign up for shifts. This is despite me already giving advanced notice that I will not be available at certain dates. Also lack of understanding of the shifts itself. For example, A&E medicine is not just covering the medical part of A&E. please get yourself educated on the shifts before asking us to sign up for it.
