I've been to Laithwaites a few times, and each time, I leave feeling incredibly satisfied and excited to open my new bottles! 😀 The staff are outstanding; they are really knowledgeable about wines and super helpful and patient when I'm asking lots of questions about different wines. They have always welcomed us, even when we are out walking the dog as they always have treats for her! Terrific wine range and outstanding customer service. Also highly recommend the wine tasting evenings.

After the initial welcome offer your signed into a subscription and that's where the value ends. Almost impossible to cancel your subscription in the my account section you are almost forced to call them or enter into live chat at which point you get connected with a random foreign chat/call centre, of course they then try and use high pressure sales tactics to try and get you to keep paying them money. If you don't like being persuaded not to leave and having to force the cancelation then this isn't for you, I would not recommend.
