So far I have been in the store twice and both times have had extremely pleasant experiences. The first time was simply to place my interest in a couple of Rolex models, as well as to get advice with my decision. I was met by Fiona, who gave me the perfect advice to help with my decision, as well as providing a lot of information on a few different models. Before I left I put my name down for the two models which most interested me. The second time was today. Ahead of going in I booked an appointment with Fiona once again as I was extremely pleased with the service I received before. She gave me great advice and information which helped me with my decision between a few different Longines pieces, as well as letting me try on a few different models to help with my next choice! Due to the good advice and being able to try on a few models, I was able to come to the decision on a watch which I left with today, and I am overly happy with it! They ensured the watch was resized to fit me perfectly before I left and assured me I am welcome to return if I wish to change the fitting again. As soon as I get the green light on the Rolex models I put my name down for being available I will definitely be coming to purchase; I am looking forward to this and am extremely excited! In the mean time I will be a regular in the store as they had a very welcoming approach from the very first time I stepped in. More than happy with the experiences and will definitely be coming back regularly!

We had a great customer service provided by Andréia Fernandes. She was absolutely amazing, super friendly and gave us expert advice regarding wedding rings. We went first time last year just to see around and she took the time to sit with us and show us wedding rings. Then this year, we decided that we should get our rings at Laings in Southampton and we booked an appointment with her, as we had such a great experience when we were only looking. Today Andréia served us again and we are so grateful for her help and so please with our wedding rings!!! Recommended 100%!!
