We are reasonably regular users after recently returning to the area. On previous occasions the service and food has been good, todays however was delivered quickly, but still managed to be cold on all 3 kebabs and chips, combined this with the fact that all were supposed to be large, they appeared small, and if I’d paid for small I would still have been dissatisfied with the size. I phoned to give constructive feedback, asking for nothing in return, this call was meet with what seemed like disinterest and a thanks with the phone put down. No attempt was made to find out if my complaint was legitimate or any apology given. With the price of a takeaway meal seemingly going through the roof, I would have thought keeping the customers that are still buying happy with both quality, service, and after service. It’s unlikely after this experience that we will use Laindon Kebab again.

I have been a very good customer for years now. Ordered a takeaway last night and payed by card, i got told it didn't work so I payed cash. I checked my online banking and have been charged twice. Phoned them and was told someone would be round to refund me and no one turned up. Il be poppy g to the shop today to collect my money.

Ive just had a pizza from Laindon pizza&Kebabs and was very nice and good value. It was Delivered in 45 minutes nice and hot, i will be stopping Using Domino's Pizza and Papa John's now .

Loyal customers for 2 years. Order food online get told food will be delivered within 80 minutes this isn't unusual as it's normally earlier. Tonight waited 2 hours and 30 minutes. Rang 5 times fobbed off each time to say its just left. Food turned up stone cold. Owner who was rude on the phone would only give a refund if food was returned was going to be thrown in the bin. This was our dinner for the night. Awful service never again will I order from this establishment. Shocking service.

Kebab is nice but portion size of salad and cucumber tomoe etc(on a large kebab spoon full of salad and 1 tomoe and cucumber) is a joke and on burger is like they gonna run out.prefer to go somewhere else where u get lots of salad etc not gonna rate this more than 1 star
