Awesome updated Triumph dealership with a relaxed, refreshing and professional atmosphere. The staff are incredibly approachable, on hand and friendly to the point they even know how I like my coffee, which is a great personal touch. They have a great selection of bikes, kit and accessories which makes you want to pop in often for a catch up, but with the added bonus of not feeling any pressure to purchase. They have helped me out with queries and questions and between them, they know their stuff! Even after this being open now for a few years, it's still fresh with a good circulation of bikes and stock to offer. Highly recommended for any advice you may want for a potential new Triumph Motorcycle!!

Another great experience dealing with Cain and Paddy today. They installed a chain and sprocket kit for me but over the course of several months I’ve been back and forward getting different parts fitted ranging from a tracker, suspension and annual servicing. The work carried is always done to a high standard and when there’s a problem Cains straight on the phone with solutions and updates. There’s not many people I’d want to work on my bike but I happily trust the team in Ashford. I was talking to the mechanic about how to maintain my bike properly and what he recommends with the do’s and don’ts. Overall it’s a brilliant experience dealing with the Triumph team a great group of guys from buying the bike to the after sales care I’d highly recommend.

James brown and Kane,from triumph Laguna ashford Kent they are absolutely spot on so friendly and not pushy at all would highly recommend buying a bike from James and there team,they make you feel so welcome and I’m over the moon with my street triple 765 rs will definitely be buying from here again.

Just bought a great Triumph Trident from Jim Montgomery & I can not thank him & his team enough for looking after me & my bike. They had exactly the colour I wanted & went out of their way to add some accessories I got for my birthday onto my bike before I even got it. Customer service was fantastic. My bike even came with a full tank of fuel & some gifts for me from the team. Highly recommend this dealership. 10/10

Great experience with Jim and the staff here; it made the whole process and sales experience buying the T120 a pleasure and stress free! Also having it delivered was an added bonus when not used to a new bike and not being local. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻(clothing dept. upstairs & coffee looked good so hoping to be back!)
