My favourite place to come and have my lashes done, I tend to fall asleep during the treatment as the atmosphere is so relaxing with a nice calm music on. The whole team from the receptionist to the stuff is very kind and professional. My lashes normally last 3 weeks and longer and that is with me using eyeliner, eyeshadow and mascara nearly every day. I’ve been a client for nearly 2 years now, highly recommend. Service: Eyelash extensions

Went in for a pedicure, was a bit nervous since it was my first time to a nail salon. The people at Lagoon made me feel very at ease, the shop was clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. I had a cut prior to my appointment that they were careful to avoid. I had particular requirements due to climbing and they accommodated me perfectly and the massage was really good. As nice and clean as the salon is, and as friendly and professional as the staff are I’m very dissatisfied with my manicure after my first visit to this salon. Firstly I was sat in the pedicure chair for the duration of my 2 hour appointment, even after the pedicure was over - this resulted in a smudge on my toe which had to be redone last min and obviously smudged even further after I left because fresh polish was re-applied 10 mins before I had to leave. I had gel overlay (my own long nails) for my mani, 3 of them lifted within 3 days. I had to go back the next week - which I must say was happily accommodated and my hands were redone and the technician was indeed very sorry which I appreciated. Unfortunately the same thing happened again. I had to get nail glue to rescue the situation - I was out of town over Christmas so unable to come back. Had to go to another salon in the end after a painful nail break - and due to having them done at Lagoon twice within a week - my lovely long natural nails were too weak by this point and had to be cut down by the second salon. That’s the first time that’s ever happened to me after getting my nails done for many many years now - so needless to say I’m upset that I’ve lost my lovely long nails. For the price I was charged - well over £100 I’m extremely disappointed. What a shame. Strange you can’t find my ‘presence’ considering I had to fill in a lengthy form to get registered onto your customer database. Thanks for the acknowledgment of my poor experience though. I’ve taken my business elsewhere now.

Another happy pampering day today at Lagoon:) I've been to Lagoon for almost 5 years and had most of services; Gel manicure, pedicure, massage, waxing & facials. The salon is always spotless, and the staff are well skilled and caring. I've left the salon today with well polished nails & glowing face after receiving Gel Manicure, Gel Spa Pedicure and BB Glow facial. Eyelash extensions my next plan to have at Lagoon as I saw a lady having her lash extensions done beautifully.
