They were really helpful today. I have issue with my laptop and they guided me through WhatsApp on how to fix it. I tried downloading teamviewer to make it easier for them to take control, but my laptop issue prevented me from downloading it. They remained guiding me through WhatsApp for an hour. However, at the end, the problem is with my windows and I need to install a new one. They refused to take money from me as the problem is not fixed yet. They were very professional, really helpful and have good knowledge of what is going on. I totally recommend them. I had really great experience today and I truly appreciate their effort.
