Today I visited this store for some bangles however a Member of staff (Middle- aged Asian lady) was so rude. I wanted to see a set of bangles and she refused to make the set for me unless I buy them first, she said “ if I open them I can’t put them back” it’s not impossible to do but she was just being lazy. How am I supposed to know what they look like before I purchase them?. I Cannot believe the poor level of customer service she needs training on how to treat customers and do her job properly, rather than standing around and telling others what to do. I’ve been to Chohans which is a few doors away who made me a beautiful bangle set and didn’t refuse to do their job. Appalling. will not be shopping here and don’t recommend anyone else to shop here either.
