I broke my left Shimano 105 shifter and needed the back within 2 weeks for a race. I took it to Ladywell Cycles, they allowed me to find spare parts myself and then Mark fixed the bike within a few hours. They were super cooperative and responsive, both and the phone and in person! Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I would strongly recommend Ladywell Village Cycles. I left my beloved 80s Raleigh with them to get the bottom bracket replaced. Although this is a simple task the problem was the old bracket was rusty, practically welded to the bike, and wouldn't come out. I took it to a couple of bike shops without success: the first one tried and had to decline the job, and the second one literally broke a wrench (or whatever tool he was using) trying to remove it. The list of bike shops that didn't even try was much larger (bicycles chains and small shops). I was hopeless. It was then I got across to Mark and Ladywell Village Cycles who managed to finally take the piece out! With the amount of rust tere this was not a 1-day task, and the patience and effort they put to get it done is just unmeasurable. After getting my bike back I don't think anybody else would be able to complete this project. The expression "going the extra mile" feels short. Many thanks to Mark and your team.

Do not, I repeat. Do not have your E.scooter puncture fixed here. Foolishly, I did,and they ordered the wrong inner tube, inserted it, and within a week, my tire was flat and ripped from inside. Which then cost dearly. I can't speak 4 bikes. They told me they knew what they were doing. Obviously, NOT...!!
