Could list 101 things but mainly : The most poorly fitted and bad quality hair extensions that leave you in agony ( I was told this is normal, it is definetly not) and could see the blend or lack of it & black micro rings visibly right the way round my very blonde hair when I came out. Certain staff very unprofessional and innapropriate. When it comes to paying be prepared for them to make the price a lot more than quoted and come up with an excuse/lie for then charging more. Don’t trust their social media it’s not real.. AVOID 🤠

Absolutely love this salon, girls are all so lovely and professional with great chat. Always a comfortable environment to be in and I always leave so happy. When I’ve had hair extensions, with maintenance in between and they’ve lasted me 5 months and still looked amazing when taken out. All of my natural hair was still thick, in good condition and given I’m a natural brunette always going blonder. I cannot recommend this salon enough x

Extremely happy with the Balayage done by Claire. I'm in love with this new natural like look of my hair. Perfect colour that blends well with my original hair colour giving it more of a natural sun-kissed look apart from the commonly seen highlights. A great salon with friendly and welcoming staff .Delighted with the whole experience. Highly recommended and Will be back again. Thank you LadyLux.

Would love to be able to give this salon a five star review but since they ignore emails and don’t get back to you then it’s impossible to leave a positive review, I first contacted this salon by on the 9th Sept, enquiring about an appointment with Steph as I seen her in tic tok and likes her work, I was invited to book a consultation which I politely refused and thanked them for getting back to me (and hours drive each way) just wasn’t practical for 10 mins .. they came back and said they could do this via email and photos and tell them what I wanted, which I have photos and a lengthy explanation, more back and forth via email and having to chase up, we’re now on the 28th Sept my last email was on Friday as I was supposed to be contacted on Thursday with dates for appointments.. guess what this didn’t happen, I suppose they must just be far too busy to book appointments in and not need the business.. shame really as I was looking forward to travelling through to have my hair done, nearly 3 weeks wasted

Hi, i am a newish customer to Lady Lux i have been around 3-5 times and would recommend the girls use high quality products ensuring the best results for healthy hair, i really needed an appointment last minute for a night out which they managed to slot me in so i was really appreciative of the efforts they went to! The results of my hair are fantastic and really excited how i have went from an almost black/dark brown to bright blonde.. 5 stars!!
